Create Ticket

Create verification tickets using pre-configured templates. Select a template and provide a reference ID to generate a widget URL for KYC verification.

Please configure your API token in Settings before using this feature.

Unique identifier for this ticket (e.g., user ID, transaction ID)

Campaign ID (optional)

Override template's campaign ID

App Name (optional)

Override template's app name

Advanced Options (Overrides)

Default Widget Base URL (Fallback)

Used as fallback if widgetUrl is not present in ticket response

Success Redirect URL (Optional)

Override template's success redirect URL

Fail Redirect URL (Optional)

Override template's fail redirect URL

Webhook URL (Optional)

URL to receive webhook notifications (not exposed in claim endpoint)

Public Metadata (JSON, optional)

Visible to frontend - e.g., user preferences, display data

Private Metadata (JSON, optional)

Only accessible by backend/admin - e.g., internal notes, sensitive data

Flow Theme Override (JSON, optional)

Override template's visual theme configuration

Select a template and fill in the reference ID to create a ticket.

The response will appear here after creating a ticket.
